How It Works

At DrivenPeople, we believe that your hard work and dedication should be rewarded. We’ve built our platform to ensure that you’re connected with employers who value your skills and are willing to pay competitive rates.

Here’s how we do it:

DrivenPeople takes a flat 10% fee for providing the platform linking the drivers and jobs. We can do this as we have far smaller overheads than traditional agencies.

This fee is up to 50% smaller than the average for driver agencies in the UK. The savings for this are distributed to drivers in higher wages, and operators in lower overall costs.

Drivers have multipliers linked to their star rating. Drivers who maintain higher ratings will earn more per hour and receive more shares through the DrivenPartnership.

Drivers who have joined our platform will report higher earnings compared to other recruitment services. By focusing on quality over quantity, we ensure that you get the best return for your time and effort.
