We’re looking for a reliable and caring Minibus Driver to support a Special Educational Needs (SEN) transport service based in Swindon SN5. This is a fulfilling, community-focused role with regular weekday hours.

Shift Details:

• Split shift: 7:00–9:30 AM & 2:00–4:30 PM (ideal for those who like midday flexibility)
• Monday to Friday
• Around 25–30 hours per week
• £16.13 per hour (via Umbrella PAYE)
• Ongoing position with job security

The Role:

• Transport 1 passenger and a Passenger Assistant (PA) to and from school
• Ensure safe, comfortable, and timely journeys
• Carry out vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
• Be patient, professional, and safety-conscious at all times

Requirements:

• Full Category B licence (car licence)
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if needed)
• Friendly, calm, and responsible – especially in SEN settings
• Punctual and reliable – essential for school transport
